FactZero.io exclusively sells digital content, such as downloadable ESG reports, CSRD templates, and data sheets. These are non-tangible and irrevocable digital goods delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final once the digital product has been downloaded or accessed.
  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns after delivery.

Exceptions (Case-by-Case Review)

We may issue a refund under specific circumstances, such as:

  • You were charged twice for the same item.
  • You received a corrupted or incomplete file and our team cannot resolve it.
